Designed to support HS coaches/athletic directors and strengthen team culture, this experience develops athlete-leaders who compete at a high level and lead with maturity. We equip upperclassmen to become the kind of leaders coaches trust!

Athletes who: raise the standard, influence the locker room, respond well to adversity, and help their team win, while building the character and life foundation that carries into college, careers, and whatever comes next.
